Public Library hosted an immersive tasting experience at the serene oasis at a private residence in Freemans Bay for select media and guests to encounter The Macallan Double Cask release. The event was split into two sessions to ensure optimum hosting for the various media, VIPs and key opinion leaders we needed to engage.

Helming the menu was world-renowned Chef Des Harris who curated a 3-course luncheon, followed by a stunning 7-course dining experience for the evening session. Each dish was crafted to highlight the unique flavour profile of the three different whiskies on offer.

Surrounded by the works of Picasso and Dick Frizzell, the event completely embodied the essence of the Macallan brand. Our goal was to create excitement and encourage word-of-mouth. The result? A vast outpouring of media coverage across print, online and social media coverage.
